At O'Reilly's Jewellers all our products are finished not only to our own high standards but each piece is individually tested and hallmarked in Dublin's Assay Office (2nd Oldest Assay Office in the World, London being the oldest!). If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased simply return it to us unused within 30 days for a full refund.
Returns Policy
When you purchase a product online you have a 'Cooling off period' of 30 days, this means that you have the right to return the product unused within this timeframe. If you are returning goods you must pay for the return postage yourself.
You should inspect the product as soon as you can and if it is broken or damaged you must contact us immediately. We are obliged to rectify the problem for you, once it has been satisfactorily deemed as being damaged, in this case we will forward you a new version of the product you initially purchased.
