We carry stock of most items, but if an item has to be manufactured please allow 21 - 28 days for delivery. This mainly relates to Celtic wedding bands and gem set Claddagh rings as they are made to order and are then hall marked in the Assay office in Dublin.
If a delay in getting your piece of jewellery to you is unavoidable we will contact you immediately to confirm the expected time of delivery of the item.
On our site you have the choice of having your purchases delivered by FEDEX of by SDS. We offer the following options:

- SDS - England $17.00 2 - 3 day Delivery
- SDS - Ireland $10.40 Registered 1 - 2 day Delivery

Local Duties and Taxes
All prices quoted for products on our site are free of Irish taxes. Valued Added Tax (V.A.T 21%) will be applied to any order delivered within the European Union. Where there are any local duties or taxes payable on receipt of goods, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
When you purchase a product online you have a 'Cooling off period' of 30 days, this means that you have the right to return the product unused within this timeframe. If you are returning goods you must pay for the return postage yourself.
You should inspect the product as soon as you can and if it is broken or damaged you must contact us immediately. We are obliged to rectify the problem for you, once it has been satisfactorily deemed as being damaged, in this case we will forward you a new version of the product you initially purchased.
